DESCRIPTION:Being a family caregiver is both a deeply rewarding and challenging responsibility. Juggling the needs of a loved one while managing your own can lead to burnout\, stress\, and emotional strain. \nThis class will discuss the different types of stress levels and how to recognize your own emotional and physical warning signs of burnout. \nHope Grows Graduate Intern Kim Millen will teach simple stress reduction activities and help caregivers develop a better understanding of how stress is impacting their daily functioning.
