Juggling the needs of a loved one while managing your own can lead to burnout\, stress\, and emotional strain. \nThis virtual class will discuss the different types of stress levels and how to recognize your own emotional and physical warning signs of burnout. \nHope Grows Graduate Intern Kim Millen will teach simple stress reduction activities and help caregivers develop a better understanding of how stress is impacting their daily functioning. While the menu is seasonal and changes monthly\, guests will find their palette well attended. You’ll also enjoy an extensive selection of classic and seasonal teas from Harney & Sons\, and an item or two for purchase. Consider relaxing with friends and family\, or alone for some solitude. \nThe menu includes: \n\nScones Course | Peanut Butter Scone with Strawberry Hibiscus Jam\nSavories Course | Pesto Pinwheels\, Cucumber Tea Sandwiches\, and Crisp Prosciutto with Pear & Goats Cheese\nSweets Course | Hibiscus Shortbread Cookies\, Lemon Curd Cheesecake\, and Strawberry Crumb Cake\n\nVegetarian\, vegan\, and gluten-free options are possible.
