DESCRIPTION:Being a family caregiver is an immense responsibility that takes a lot of time and energy. Hope Grows offers caregivers a safe space to connect\, learn\, and share experiences. Our Model of Care incorporates a proven scientific approach to our programming\, with an emphasis on holistic and integrated wellness\, using positive and mindful techniques. \nThis FREE in-person group at To Life! Therapy & Wellness is facilitated by our Root of Good Care Counseling team\, with each session focusing on a specific aspect of caregiving\, encouraging participation\, and providing insights to help you navigate your journey. \n2nd Thursday of each month | 3:30-4:30pm \nMeets at To Life!
