Iris High Tea
Our Iris Respite House chef crafts her menu from fresh ingredients, and herbs and vegetables growing in the garden, all while maintaining favorites representative of an English tea setting. While the menu is seasonal and changes monthly, guests will find their palette well attended. You’ll also enjoy an extensive selection of classic and seasonal teas from Harney & Sons, and an item or two for purchase. Consider relaxing with friends and family, or alone for some solitude.
The July menu includes:
- Scones Course – Lemon & Blueberry scones with Blackberry and Blueberry Jam
- Savories Course – Lemon Poppyseed Chicken Salad, Grilled Shrimp with Mango, and Savory Bread Pudding
- Sweets Course – Mint & Basil Mousse with Blueberry, Lavender Orange Cake with Blackberry Cream, and Lemon Sandwich Cookies
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are possible. Subject to availability and an upcharge.
Seating at 11am only (1pm service is sold out!). 12 guests per seating. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, with cancellation permitted 3 days prior for a full refund.
